Hi I am Darren Metcalfe and welcome to the Leeds branch of Hydro-Dynamix.
I am based to the North of Leeds in a village called Huby just outside of Otley and I work in all LS and HG postcode areas. I focus on all types of cleaning - both commercial and domestic, including carpets, upholstery, all aspects of leather cleaning and repair, hard floors, patios, driveways, garden furniture, decking, Water damage, Flood & fire restoration.

Carpet and upholstery cleaning is not an expensive service and is designed to prolong the life of your carpets and upholstery, thus saving you money in the long run.
Should you wish to discuss your requirements then please contact me and I will arrange a site visit at a convenient time to you. I will explain the various cleaning systems that can be used and recommend the best one for you, thereby receiving a tailored quotation for you. I will then provide you with a written quotation detailing all the relevant costs. There are no hidden extras. If there is anything you are unsure about at this time then please feel free to ask.
Once you are happy with the details I will arrange for a suitable appointment to be made to carry out the cleaning service for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with the clean* then I will re-clean the area for FREE! If you are still not thrilled we will not accept payment. That is my personal guarantee to you. I am a full member of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) and as a member of this association you can be safe in the knowledge that you will receive the highest quality service. Our cleaning methods are safe for all residents and most of our products are biodegradable.
* We cannot guarantee that all spots and stains will be removed. This will be discussed with you at the initial site survey.

Water Damage Mitigation
I also offer a fully comprehensive water damage mitigation service. Therefore if you suffer damage to your property through a burst pipe or leaking washing machine for example, I am able to quickly and safely deal with the situation on your behalf. Whilst initially you may want to contact your insurers you are under no obligation to utilise their "preferred" contractors to carry out these works.
