Hi, my name is Andy Crawford and I work in all BS and TA postcode areas. I focus on all types of cleaning both commercial and
domestic, including carpets, upholstery, hard floors, patios, driveways, garden furniture and decking, Water damage,
Flood & fire restoration and
Graffiti removal.
I am a Master Member of ProClean and have years of experience in the truck mount cleaning industry. I have expanded my technical knowledge by becoming a member of the International Institute of Carpet Restoration and Cleaning. (IICRC) TECH. This qualification is recognized in Industry and by Insurance companies for Flood and Carpet Restoration. Various companies have provided informative training courses that have assisted in expanding my knowledge and usages of cleaning solutions.
Domestic Services
In the domestic market I aim to carry out carpet and upholstery cleaning to the highest of standards and provide the service you require at a price to suit. Hard floors, wood floors and lino are also easily cleaned. The truck mount system is just as efficient for external cleaning, such as the pressure washing of driveways and patios, including treatment for moss and algae, and the preparation of walls for painting.
I also specialise in the preparation of newly purchased properties for occupation and of letting properties where a full house clean is often required at a competitive rate.
Commercial Services
With the versatility of the truck mount system the needs of our commercial customers are easily met. We have recently completed an internal structure clean of the ASDA depot at Portbury and regularly clean for Pontins and White Acres Holiday Park. No surface is a problem, and all additional equipment, such as mobile platforms, is provided by us. All health and safety requirement will be met and time limitations adhered to.
Short notice office block cleans will be completed with the minimum of fuss, especially when executed outside of normal office hours at NO EXTRA COST THAN THAT QUOTED.
Flood and Fire Restoration
Our operators are fully trained at the National Flood School and are IICRC qualified Advanced Structural Drying Technicians. They have considerable experience in handling restoration projects and will turnkey manage the incident, where necessary employing pre-approved allied trades to secure a full restoration.
Hydro-Dynamix now works with a wide range of insurance companies and is the first point of call for our clients in the event of a flood. We can react quickly, usually arriving on site within two hours to restore the property to pre-loss condition within a minimum amount of time for the home or business owner at such a time of stress.
