I have been involved in the customer service industry for 20 years, focusing on the specialist care of carpets and upholstery for 5 years now.
I am a fully registered IICRC technician trained in water damage restoration and applied structural drying as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning, I pride myself on being able to offer an exceptionally high quality service at an extremely reasonable rate. I regularly attend training courses to ensure that my cleaning equipment and methods continue to meet my customers' demands.
